Sesame Ginger Sauce: A Versatile Flavor Booster

This delicious and adaptable sauce is perfect for salads, marinades, and stir-fries. Quick to whip up, it delivers bold, irresistible flavor and enhances a variety of dishes. One of my favorite ways to use it is in a stir-fry—mixing it into rice, tossing it with veggies, and even marinating hard-boiled eggs for an Asian-inspired dish my family adores.

Sesame Ginger Sauce Recipe

  • 3–6 tbsp chili garlic oil

  • 10 tbsp soy sauce, tamari, or coconut aminos

  • 6 tbsp rice vinegar

  • 5 tbsp toasted sesame oil

  • 3 tbsp raw honey

  • 2 tbsp grated ginger

  • 4–8 garlic cloves, minced

Mix all ingredients together and store in an airtight container.
