Super Easy Homemade Granola
This homemade granola is a family favorite—simple, delicious, and totally customizable! It’s the perfect balance of crunchy, nutty, and sweet. Make a batch and enjoy it over yogurt, with milk, or straight from the jar!
Ingredients:
4 cups rolled oats
1 cup almonds, chopped
1 cup pecans, chopped
1 cup peanuts
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup dried cranberries (or your favorite dried fruit)
½ cup melted coconut oil
½ cup honey (or maple syrup for a vegan option)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix together the oats, nuts, coconut, and dried fruit.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted coconut oil, honey, vanilla extract, salt, and cinnamon.
Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until everything is evenly coated.
Spread the granola evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 24 minutes, stirring halfway through to ensure even toasting.
Remove from the oven and let it sit undisturbed for at least 1 hour—this helps create those delicious crunchy clusters!
Once completely cool, store in an airtight container and enjoy.
💫 Make it Your Own: Add chocolate chips, chia seeds, hemp hearts, or swap nuts and fruit to suit your taste!
